Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands harsh chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing critical control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err), pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement.
