The ZY8000D boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching an astounding 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands severe chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
Featuring an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000D continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting over-defined fault events, it enters an alert mode, outputting a warning electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen displays an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty component, thus streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
