The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Designed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its powerful anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions and continuously monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it switches to alert mode, issuing an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows error codes, facilitating easy maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument's components.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system performs automatic diagnostics on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. Should any electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be easily replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
