The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real time. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD display immediately shows an error message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit automatically. This feature simplifies and expedites the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement.
