The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that provides real-time monitoring of its operational status. In the event of defined fault conditions, the transmitter activates a fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals to system interlock and SIS safety systems. Additionally, during fault conditions, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' quickly identifying and analyzing the faulty unit. This feature simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement process, ensuring that downtime is minimized and efficiency is maximized.
