The ZY8000, our basic accuracy intelligent transmitter, boasts a remarkable 0.1% FS accuracy (and an impressive 0.075% FS at its peak). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an outstanding 99.9% accuracy, offering significant cost savings in maintenance. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable in any demanding environment.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology, utilizing an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor combined with a modular design. This sophisticated system captures the sensor's signal, amplifies it, and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital signal. The microprocessor then performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled precision.
For transmitters equipped with the HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via the D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Essential data from the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two dedicated EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust the parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, while also accessing measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the intuitive LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is available through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing versatile and robust operational capabilities.

Upon detecting predefined fault events, the transmitter will enter a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzing and displaying the fault to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Additionally, the diagnostic function can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
