The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, integrating a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with an innovative modular design. This sophisticated system takes the raw signal from the sensor, amplifies it, and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a pristine digital signal. Following this, the microprocessor performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring the highest accuracy.
Equipped with versatile communication protocols, this transmitter with HART protocol seamlessly translates the digital signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output, superimposed with HART communication. For models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter outputs purely digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The critical data and functional parameters are securely stored in two dedicated EEPROMs, allowing users to make on-site adjustments using the intuitive 3-button interface. The LCD display provides clear readings of measurement results, fault alerts, and operation modes, with additional parameter setup capabilities through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting faults, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an error and identifies the faulty unit, making maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument straightforward andconvenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed via warning or fault protection current. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty part can be easily replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
