The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases cutting-edge technology with an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a streamlined modular design. This innovative setup amplifies the sensor's signal, which is then converted to a digital format through a high-speed dual A/D converter. The microprocessor performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the data is seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART protocol by a D/A converter. For models equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust settings directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons and can read measurement results, fault alerts, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is possible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000, our basic accuracy intelligent transmitter, achieves an outstanding accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, capable of handling extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures high stability and reliability.
ZY8000 integrates advanced diagnostic functions to monitor its own status in real-time. Upon detecting faults, it enters alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement for the instrument.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without requiring readjustment.
