The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a maximum accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements enable it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 includes integrated diagnostic functionality that allows real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it will enter alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err', analyze, and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.tasks,.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
