This product enables highly precise pressure measurements for gases,liquids, and other mediums. It is extensively used in petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment industries. The ZY8000's basic accuracy for intelligent transmission is an impressive 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting faults, it enters alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' when a fault occurs, analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thus simplifying instrument maintenance, repair, and replacement.Convenient.
