The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter boasts an impressive accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching up to 0.075% FS. After a decade of continuous operation, it can still maintain an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a marvel of modern engineering. It utilizes a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor paired with a modular design for ultimate precision. The sensor's signal is first amplified and then converted via a high-speed dual A/D converter into a digital format. This digital signal undergoes linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For the transmitter with HART protocol, it translates the signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal using a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF capabilities, it outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals. The measuring unit's data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on an LCD display. Additionally, parameter setups can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 boasts integrated diagnostic functions and can monitor its status in real time. When it encounters predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and sends control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.conveniently.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be indicated as warning or fault protection currents. The system conducts automatic diagnostics on the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without requiring recalibration.
