It is extensively utilized in the petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment industries.The ZY8000 is an advanced intelligent transmitter with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (and a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it can retain 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Boasting a durable metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 can effortlessly withstand extremely harsh chemical and mechanical conditions. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 also features an integrated diagnostic function, offering real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error message (Err), analyze, and pinpoint the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This makes the ZY8000 incredibly efficient anduser-friendly.
