Perfect for monitoring and controlling small flow rates, low velocities, and various rigorous medium conditions, it excels in flow and process control.

Proper installation is crucial for the optimal functioning of this metal rotor flowmeter. Key installation considerations include:

(1) Ensure vertical installation, allowing fluid to flow from bottom to top. Maintain a straight pipe section of five times the instrument's diameter at both the inlet and outlet. New pipelines should be thoroughly flushed prior to the installation of the flowmeter.

(2) Install a valve upstream of the flowmeter, and position a flow control valve 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream. For smaller diameter instruments, integrate a filter upstream. If magnetic materials are present, a magnetic filter should precede the flowmeter.

(3) Incorporate a bypass pipeline to streamline maintenance and replacement processes of the flowmeter during installation.

(4) For mediums prone to contamination, regular cleaning of pipes and float is essential to ensure optimal performance.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter offers a measurement accuracy level of 1.5. For applications demanding higher precision, alternative flowmeters should be considered.
