The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter distinguishes itself with a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, capable of achieving the highest accuracy at 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a stunning 99.9% accuracy, greatly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a marvel of modern engineering, utilizes advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a sleek modular design. By amplifying signals from the sensor and using a high-speed dual A/D converter, it seamlessly transforms these signals into digital format. This allows for precise linear and temperature corrections within the sophisticated microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device elegantly converts these digital signals into 4mA ~ 20mA DC with superimposed HART signals using the D/A converter. For models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF, the transmitter delivers a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signal output. Each unit's measurement data and functional parameters are meticulously stored in two EEPROMs. At the measurement site, users can effortlessly adjust parameters, read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes directly from the intuitive LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be customized through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, pinpointing the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms conveyed through warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element incur damage, the faulty component can be seamlessly replaced on-site without recalibration.
