The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is engineered with cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a sleek modular design. The sensor-generated signals undergo amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion to transform into digital signals. These signals are subsequently subjected to meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring top-tier accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication through a D/A converter. In contrast, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, full-digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The crucial measuring unit data and transmitter function parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, while also accessing measurement results, fault information, and operational modes via the clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter delivers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements make it resilient to extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting predefined fault events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.This makes the ZY8000 incredibly user-friendly and efficient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should an electronic unit or measuring element become damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site, eliminating the need for readjustment.
