Whether it's for managing small flow rates, low velocities, or challenging medium conditions, this robust tool excels in flow and process control across various industries.

To ensure optimal performance and longevity, correct installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is essential. Key installation considerations include:

(1) Install the flowmeter vertically to ensure the fluid flows from bottom to top. Ensure there are straight pipe sections both upstream and downstream, each five times the diameter of the instrument. For newly laid pipelines, a thorough flush is required prior to installation.

(2) A valve must be positioned upstream, while a flow control valve should be placed 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream. For instruments with small diameters, it is vital to have a filter upstream. If the medium contains magnetic properties, a magnetic filter should be installed.

(3) To streamline maintenance and facilitate easy replacement, incorporate a bypass pipeline during installation.

(4) In scenarios where the medium is contaminated, ensure regular cleaning of both pipes and float for consistent performance.

(5) With a general measurement accuracy level of 1.5, this flowmeter is reliable for most applications. However, if higher precision is paramount, consider other specialized instruments for your needs.
