The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter stands as a pinnacle of modern engineering, integrating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and is then processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a precise digital signal. This digital signal is subsequently fine-tuned with linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is skillfully converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with an overlaid HART signal via a D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, a seamless output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals is achieved. The transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly on-site using the 3 adjustment buttons, while also reading measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the vibrant LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be conducted through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
