The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, greatly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During a fault, the LCD display shows 'Err' automatically, identifies, and displays the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
This functionality makes the instrument more user-friendly andconvenient.
