The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. integrates the latest in mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design. The sensor's signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter to produce a digital signal, which is then subjected to linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters onsite using the 3 adjustment buttons, and can view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000, our intelligent transmitter, delivers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). It maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Designed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time monitoring of its status. When predefined events occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display shows an error (Err) message, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. Automatic diagnostics cover the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
