The ZY8000 Intelligent Digital Pressure Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS with a peak performance of up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure both high stability and unparalleled reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continually monitors its own status in real time. Upon detecting faults, it switches to alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, making these processes more straightforward and efficient.
