The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor, enhanced by a modular design. This sophisticated device amplifies and converts sensor signals through a high-speed dual A/D converter into digital form. Once digitized, the microprocessor applies precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART by a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it offers direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs, facilitating on-site adjustments through three user-friendly buttons. This allows users to easily read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Alternatively, parameter settings can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measurement elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions to monitor its status in real-time. In the event of an anomaly, it enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifying the faulty unit and simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without requiring re-calibration.
