Even after ten years of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant cost savings in maintenance. Constructed with a robust metal housing and completely sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands intense chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it exhibits strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.Convenient.
