Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured
pressure through remote
transmission
devices are then transmitted to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary.
This transmitter can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it particularly suitable for high-temperature environments (by positioning the transmitter remotely),
and is highly effective in handling high viscosity, easily precipitating, crystallizing, or corrosive media. It is extensively used across various industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy sectors, and machinery equipment industries.

Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a stellar accuracy of 99.9%, significantly lowering maintenance costs. Crafted with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring both high stability and outstanding reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. Should an issue arise, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, clearly identifying and analyzing the faulty unit. This streamlined approach makes maintenance, repairs, and replacements incredibly simple and convenient.
