The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a stellar accuracy of 99.9%, significantly lowering maintenance costs. Crafted with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring both high stability and outstanding reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. Should an issue arise, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, clearly identifying and analyzing the faulty unit. This streamlined approach makes maintenance, repairs, and replacements incredibly simple and convenient.
