The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an extraordinary 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring components, it effortlessly withstands intense chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters alert mode, emitting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
