Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a stellar accuracy of 99.9%, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capability guarantees high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 transmitter comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error ('Err') message, analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.

Inherited from the ZY8000 intelligent high precision pressure/differential pressure transmitter, this product boasts excellent performance and stability.
It uses imported mono-crystalline silicon chips, a lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply. The sensor signal is greatly enhanced for superior stability and anti-interference capabilities.
The combination of various materials and remote device types with a special oil-filling mechanism ensures maximum accuracy of the transmitter. It meets overall cleanliness standards, offering exceptional product stability and achieving the highest accuracy at normal temperatures up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure allows it to be used in all weather conditions and it is compatible with HART protocol.
