The ZY8000D is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In fault conditions, it enters alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err), identifying the faulty unit for straightforward maintenance, repair, and replacement.
