The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter boasts a remarkable precision of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. After a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it offers outstanding electromagnetic interference resistance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined events, the transmitter will activate a fault alert mode, outputting an alert current of 3.6mA or 22.8mA, and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen will automatically display an 'Err' message, pinpointing the faulty unit. This intelligent design simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, offering unparalleled convenience.
