The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter boasts a remarkable precision of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. After a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it offers outstanding electromagnetic interference resistance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined events, the transmitter will activate a fault alert mode, outputting an alert current of 3.6mA or 22.8mA, and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen will automatically display an 'Err' message, pinpointing the faulty unit. This intelligent design simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, offering unparalleled convenience.

this model incorporates an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, a lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply and sensor signal. These enhancements significantly boost stability and anti-interference capabilities,
Varied materials and remote device types, combined with a specialized oil-filling mechanism, ensure maximum transmitter accuracy and comprehensive cleanliness. Boasting excellent product stability, this transmitter offers peak accuracy at normal temperatures up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell design is suitable for all weather conditions and is compatible with the HART protocol.
