The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers unparalleled precision with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, peaking at an exceptional 0.075% FS. Boasting a decade-long operational lifespan without maintenance, this advanced device retains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing upkeep costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands intense chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases a pioneering design, incorporating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a state-of-the-art modular architecture. This transmitter transforms sensor signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, converting them into precise digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the system converts signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC range superimposed with HART signals using a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, full digital output in PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site via three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined faults, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement..
The diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty part can be easily replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
