The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, crafted with cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a sophisticated modular design, stands at the pinnacle of innovation. Inside its microprocessor, it undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, a seamless conversion to a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal is executed by the D/A converter. In the case of transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it offers direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The critical data from the measuring unit and the functional parameters of the transmitter are safeguarded in two EEPROMs. Users have the convenience of adjusting parameters directly on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and they can easily read measurement results, fault information, and operating modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols to suit various needs.

The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alerts can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
