Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), it is ideal for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be located remotely).

Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains a stunning 99.9% accuracy, ensuring substantial maintenance cost savings. Encased in robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee the ZY8000's outstanding stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. When predefined threshold events are exceeded, it triggers a fault alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen instantly displays an 'Err' message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures, ensuring ease of use and convenience.

Diverse materials and types of remote devices, combined with a specialized oil-filling device, maximize transmitter accuracy and ensure comprehensive cleanliness. The product offers excellent stability, with the highest accuracy at normal temperatures reaching up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure enables use in all weather conditions, and it is fully compatible with the HART protocol.
