The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with peak accuracy reaching 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains a stunning 99.9% accuracy, ensuring substantial maintenance cost savings. Encased in robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee the ZY8000's outstanding stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. When predefined threshold events are exceeded, it triggers a fault alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen instantly displays an 'Err' message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures, ensuring ease of use and convenience.

through an oil-filled capillary. Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), it is perfect for high-temperature environments requiring the transmitter to be positioned away. Additionally, it is suitable for high viscosity fluids, easy-to-precipitate crystalline substances, or corrosive media.

Featuring an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, a lightning protection circuit design, and isolated power supply and sensor signals, the transmitter boasts enhanced stability and anti-interference capabilities.
Diverse materials and types of remote devices, combined with a specialized oil-filling device, maximize transmitter accuracy and ensure comprehensive cleanliness. The product offers excellent stability, with the highest accuracy at normal temperatures reaching up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure enables use in all weather conditions, and it is fully compatible with the HART protocol.
