Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters a fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error (Err), analyze and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
