The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter exhibits a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, it excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability for the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically indicates an error, analyzes it, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty part can be easily replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
