Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), it is ideal for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be placed remotely),

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. This exceptional precision is sustained even after a decade of continuous operation, ensuring a remarkable 99.9% accuracy and leading to significant savings on maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 is engineered to endure extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee the transmitter's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting predefined fault events, the transmitter shifts to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err), and the device conducts an automatic analysis to pinpoint and display the faulty unit. This self-diagnostic capability greatly simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, enhancing overall convenience and efficiency.
