The ZY8000D boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an optimal accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after ten continuous years of operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it offers superior resistance to electromagnetic interference, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. When predefined conditions are met, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. If a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
