The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a masterpiece of advanced engineering. It features a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. The sensor-generated signal is amplified and converted to digital format through a high-speed dual A/D converter. Within the microprocessor, it undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled measurement accuracy.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The functional parameters and measurement data of the transmitter are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and monitor measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display.
