The ZY8000D boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an extraordinary 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements ensure it can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, guaranteeing high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, it switches to fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a malfunction is detected, the LCD screen displays an error message (Err), automatically identifies the faulty component, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
