The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. embodies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This state-of-the-art transmitter harnesses the power of an amplified sensor signal, which is then converted into a digital format via a high-speed dual A/D converter. The microprocessor subsequently performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal through a D/A converter. In contrast, transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF functionalities provide direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users benefit from the convenience of adjusting parameters directly on-site using three adjustment buttons, and can easily view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter modifications can be effortlessly executed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). After ten years of continuous operation, it can maintain an astounding 99.9% accuracy, considerably reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, the ZY8000 excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a malfunction, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.and enhancing convenience.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be indicated as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
