ZY8000's basic accuracy for the intelligent transmitter is 0.1% FS (highest 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it can maintain 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, easily handling extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring high stability and reliability for the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. When predefined events occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display shows 'Err,' automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit. This makes the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument more straightforward and convenient.
