Its convenience in installation and upkeep makes it an indispensable choice across numerous industries, especially in challenging and demanding conditions.
Perfectly suited for controlling the flow and processes of small flow rates and low velocities, it excels in managing various stringent medium conditions.

Ensuring the proper installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is vital for optimal performance. Installation considerations include:

(1) Install the flowmeter vertically to ensure the fluid flows from bottom to top. A straight pipe section, five times the instrument's diameter at both ends, is essential. For new pipelines, conduct a thorough flush before installation.

(2) Position a valve upstream and a flow control valve 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream of the flowmeter. Install a filter upstream for small diameter instruments, and a magnetic filter if the medium contains magnetic materials.

(3) To ensure seamless maintenance and easy replacement, integrate a bypass pipeline during the installation.

(4) For mediums with impurities, promptly clean the pipes and float to maintain efficiency.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter generally achieves a measurement accuracy of 1.5. For superior accuracy needs, consider other options beyond the metal tube rotor flowmeter.
