The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a high precision with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an extraordinary 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress with ease. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting an alert current of 3.6mA or 22.8mA and generating control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifying and displaying the faulty component, thus simplifying the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement.
