Smart Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured
pressure through remote
transmission
devices, then transmit to transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary.
This device can accurately measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it suitable for high-temperature environments (transmitter must be positioned away from heat sources),
and is ideal for handling high viscosity, easily precipitated crystalline, or corrosive media. It is widely employed across a diverse array of industries including petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy sectors, and machinery equipment industries.

Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an extraordinary 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress with ease. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting an alert current of 3.6mA or 22.8mA and generating control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifying and displaying the faulty component, thus simplifying the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement.
