The ZY8000 series offers unmatched accuracy with a basic precision of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses, while its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. When it detects predefined faults, it enters alert mode, outputs warning currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows errors, analyzes faulty units, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.making it extremely user-friendly and efficient..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alerts can be displayed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When electronic units or measuring elements are damaged, faulty parts can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
