The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. boasts cutting-edge technology with an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This sophisticated device converts sensor signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, seamlessly transforming them into digital signals. These signals then undergo thorough linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is meticulously converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART protocol by the D/A converter. Transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer direct full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals output. The transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs, allowing users to easily adjust parameters onsite using the three adjustment buttons. Users can effortlessly read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes via the LCD display or set parameters using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak of 0.075% FS). It maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses easily. Additionally, it excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions, allowing it to monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault-protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring component fails, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without readjustment, enhancing maintenance efficiency.
