Introducing the groundbreaking ZY8000, an intelligent transmitter with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS and an exceptional peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Furthermore, the ZY8000 boasts superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message, analyzing and indicating the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks, making them more straightforward and efficient.

it incorporates an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, a lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply and sensor signal, significantly enhancing stability and anti-interference capabilities.
Various materials and types of remote devices are combined with a special oil filling device to maximize transmitter accuracy and meet comprehensive cleanliness requirements. Boasting excellent product stability, it achieves the highest accuracy at normal temperatures up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure is suitable for all weather conditions and is compatible with HART protocol.
