The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time monitoring of its operational status. Upon detecting a fault, it enters an alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The intelligent LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err) upon fault detection, pinpointing the faulty unit to streamline maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and convenience.
