The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. The sensor's signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal then undergoes meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication through a D/A converter. Transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, full digital outputs for PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, while the LCD display offers clear readings of measurement results, fault information, and operation modes. Additionally, parameter setup can be conveniently managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
