ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions to monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it triggers a fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message, simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, it allows for on-site replacement without re-adjustment.
