The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a cutting-edge technological marvel, employing state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and an innovative modular design. The sensor-generated signals are meticulously amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into pristine digital signals. This data is then subjected to rigorous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signals are seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC output, enhanced with a superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF compatibility deliver full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Critical data from the measuring unit and operational parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons and monitor measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes via a clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be conveniently managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

It automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measurement element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
