From managing small flow rates and low velocities to handling challenging media requirements, this flowmeter excels in providing reliable flow and process control solutions.

Proper installation is the key to unlocking the full potential of your Metal Rotor Flowmeter, ensuring flawless operation. Crucial installation considerations include:

(1) Installation must be vertical, with fluids entering from the bottom and exiting at the top. Ensure a straight pipe section, five times the flowmeter's diameter, exists at both inlet and outlet. Prior to installation, thoroughly flush new pipelines.

(2) Position a valve upstream of the flowmeter, with a flow control valve situated 5-10 times the diameter downstream. For smaller instruments, incorporate a filter upstream. If magnetic materials are present in the medium, install a magnetic filter in advance.

(3) To streamline maintenance and facilitate flowmeter replacement, integrate a bypass pipeline during installation.

(4) For dirty media, promptly clean both pipes and float to maintain optimal performance.

(5) The Metal Rotor Flowmeter typically boasts a measurement accuracy of 1.5. For superior accuracy demands, consider alternative flowmeter solutions.
