The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter stands at the pinnacle of accuracy with a basic precision of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS at its best. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it remarkably preserves 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant maintenance cost savings. The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter represents the pinnacle of advanced sensing technology, incorporating a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. The sensor's output is amplified and processed using a high-speed dual A/D converter, converting it into a digital signal. This digital signal undergoes precise linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is meticulously converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with a superimposed HART signal by the D/A converter. For transmitters utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, a full digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal is directly output. The vital measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can seamlessly adjust parameters onsite using the three adjustment buttons, and can effortlessly read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, ensuring maximum flexibility and convenience.
