The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts unparalleled basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and the highest accuracy can reach 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, it features superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
